Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, but noise from other guests and unattractive views affected the experience. The service was outstanding, with polite and helpful staff making the stay special. The location had its charms, but some aspects didn't quite work for me. The dining experience was a hit-and-miss, with some memorable dishes. Overall, the facilities were decent, providing a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers a really nice personal touch in excellent rooms with lovely views of the grounds from our balcony. I felt very welcome during my stay. The only downside is the need to be very careful when moving around to avoid banging heads, but overall, it was a very comfortable and clean experience.
The Beechnut chalet was a gorgeous stay with spacious rooms and beautiful furnishings, though slightly pricey. The service was pleasant overall, but with some lapses in attentiveness. The location by the Norfolk Broads wildlife sanctuary was superb, offering peaceful surroundings. The dining experience was delicious, with a nice touch of a free brownie in the room. Facilities were adequate, but some room for improvement.
